I consider myself a holistic healer and use an empowerment-based approach. I utilize different techniques, methods and tools tailored to specific needs, preferences and goals. Everyone I work with receives an individualized approach.

I specialize in working with issues related to sexual wellbeing, violence, trauma, racial injustice, disability navigation, and oppression.

I graduated from Western Michigan University in social work with a trauma focus. My background is rooted in justice, survivor work, black liberation and campus support.

I'm dedicated to providing trauma-informed and equity-oriented care. I am committed to promoting inclusive and accessible practices which prioritize transparency, dignity, and respect.
